This "Devil" calls himself the Devil, says he's lived for centuries, and expects to be able to go back to a "Hell". Meanwhile, there are also afterlives, at least Floop Floopians have a hell, even if some of them don't have evidence for their heaven. And of course, there are countless ways for Ricks whole reality being "fake" or orchestrated, or created by some powerful being. The Central Finite Curve might just be a subsection of a big storage unit of miniverses, in which case their God would be the manufacturer or manager or just the electrician of the miniverses. It could all just be a really good simulation, in which case their God might just be a much better version of the Zigerion scammers. Maybe it's all just someone's game (Roy / Story Train) or maybe a dream, or maybe it's just an ad. Most likely it's a cartoon made by some guy named Dan Harmon. Or you could call Rick C-137 a "god" based on him creating a wall around a subset of infinite universes, usually doing whatever he wants, and even defeating the Devil, a Zeus, and countless other god-like beings (including thousands of himselves). It would all depend upon your definition of "god", really. Sure, there might not be any definitive evidence towards there being a God or a Devil in Rick and Morty, but saying that there aren't any clues, and saying that "there is no Devil in Rick and Morty" when there clearly are, is just ignorant and obnoxious.

The reveal of the Central Finite Curve at the end of season 5 puts a new perspective on this. Rick is the smartest man in the multiverse, and has walled off every reality where he's not. So of course he can outsmart the Devil.

I feel like this is a metaphor for the two-sidedness and hypocrisy of most modern businesses. Unethical sourcing of manufacturing materials, corporate exploitativeness, and unfair treatment of employees are one of the pitfalls businesses fall into to reach success, but someone fixated on one won't care to look into the others, such as workers wanting fair treatment/benefits, despite the company being generally harmful.
