E46 BMW 325 radio antenna

I watched a few videos trying to find out why my radio seem to be working but I couldn’t tune any stations in. I was just getting white noise on all channels. I found a problem but it was not at the back of the radio

Thank you !!!So this weekend my radio in my touring stopped receiving any stations. Clicked on your video and thought no way... but decided to check.Yup!!! like yours it was disconnected! Thanks for the tip !
