Correct me if im wrong but doesnt solid bushings put more stress on subframe since it has no more vibrations resistance

Absolutely yes it does, I haven’t mention it in the video, but my subframe is fully reinforced with plates Vince bar and RCAP as well with gussets, I would not recommend putting solid mounts on not reinforced subframe, it would be making already bad situation worse. Solid mounts are absolute last upgrade after everything else has already been addressed.
