Can we save the bodies separately? on 4:39

Yes - right click on the body located under the Solid Bodies folder in the tree and select "Insert into New Part..." This will let you save the body in a separate part file (note the parts are still linked such that any change made to this master file will affect the saved part, which can be useful in some cases).
