Try changing the delay time in the COM ports settings. The same thing happened to me and with a delay time of 20 ms it worked. Greetings.

Have you ever tried to monitor the controller's status through rs485 to HMI? I want to use status lamp on HMI to display the controller's status but didn't succeed....
