People really don't understand the value of a room like this when in need of cash fir a tire, a new console, get laid off, whatever, & the value you will give to your children when you pass away. They can either enjoy all this, or sell it, or both. That's a blessing that will make you smile as you look down upon them.

This is so cool!! Such nostalgia. Perfect way to reconnect with your younger self. That feeling is priceless especially as the years go by faster and faster. To be able to play some of those first games again would honestly make me break down. Sega, original Nintendo, gameboy, gameboy color, gameboy advance, Playstation, PS2, Xbox, and Xbox 360 would be my focus on collecting for nostalgia sake. The only console i currently have is a switch. I'm stuck between starting a collection of vintage games and consoles, or getting the newest PS5 and Xbox series X. Not sure how I would feel about the new stuff. Like you, the switch is missing something. Currently I collecting all tye vintage pokemon cards from 1999. They will be on proud display in my future game room. Awesome collection. I would be perfectly content with a fraction of that!

Great game room. Very clean and well organized. I hope to have the time to get my game room even a fraction as cool as this one some day. I also just started collecting for the Odyssey 2. I am fortunate enough to have gotten the majority of the games in 2 big lots. It's surprisingly fun for a system so old. and it has a weird charm to it. Also there are only 47 US released cartridges. There are larger lists out there but those includes other regions, prototypes, and homebrews. It is relatively easy to complete except for a couple that are harder to find. Hoping to complete that set soon.

I can pretty much guess now when a games room will be based in the states or Canada and not the UK. The first thing is the size. Always waaaaay bigger than UK games rooms.
