Well done for uploading this. Amperage seems high as it burned a hole at the end but pulling back at that point might have avoided it. Learning curve for all who have never done it as its pretty good you got that far. Im not gonna be someone who laughs at the work because its actually cool you uploaded it for people to see technique as it grows. Youre getting there so again well done!

Several serious mistakes. 1. Amperage is too high for the thickness of metal you are welding. Turn it down to avoid undercut. 2. Work angle is wrong. Angle the rod so that the heat is directed toward the thickest part. 3. Whip and pause is not a proper technique for E6013. Drag or push the rod through the entire process. The constant tacking you're doing looks terrible and would get you fired from a jobsite day one. 4. Don't preburn your end, it will give you very poor start of your weld. 5. Stop putting videos about 'tips' on facebook. You're showing new welders very bad habits that will cost them jobs. Pick up a book and practice laying beads withe entire rod and don't crush a second rod to use as 'filler material.' Very poor craftsmanship overall.
