Both E1 -> LCs -> BS Ex

Correction: If you have 4* LCs such as GNSW and Prey for them and LC banner doesn't contain DDD or something that you need - then yes, go for E1 first.

Break is the cheapest option. Check my f2p videos on my second channel. There were your fua team in the first half and break in the second. With new March, it should be even better.
