E90 long crank issue - HELP! (Please)

My e90 has been having this long crank issue for a while now. Hasn't worsened & hasn't gotten better either. My car is giving 3 engine codes. P0335, P0171 & P0174. I was told that it could be my dme (ecu) if it got wet but I removed it & there are no water marks on it. I love this car & I'd hate to have to give it up. Could someone who's familiar with this or that has had this issue please help?

Cam Position Sensors can do this. Like Joel said, a decent vacuum leak will stop it from starting right. Could need a decent tune up of filters (air, fuel) and spark plugs with proper gapping.

My e90 330 had a similar issue like you explained. It'll have a long crank then the engine will sputter and almost die out. Check the battery. The first time incident for me was an extremely long crank, then the engine sputtering. A few days later it happened again and this is when the battery died. Replaced the battery and ran fine until 2 days ago when i had a long crank again. Battery is brand new, so i doubt it's that. As far as the lean codes i think you may have a bad leak somewhere causing loss of compression/hard start. I had this issue with my Subaru(big intake manifold gasket leak). Good luck

check for vacuum leak, crankshaft code could be a biproduct of the car stalling. have a shop smoke test the system, those engines will not run right without the proper vacuum

Looks like fuel doesn't stay in fuel line that's 1. Fuel injector 2. Coils 3. Sparks plugs I think its. 1

Not yet. The car has been sitting since I posted this & I've been driving my other car. Sorry. It still starts & drives. Just always this long crank & the rough idle until it's warmed up.

Jeremy Ceralde my car is doing the same. Cleaned the camshaft sensors, vanos solenoids, and map sensor. Hopefully it will start when I’m done. I’ll let you know.
