Great stuff, Randy. Can't wait to try this one too! I have some Irish Whiskey brewing right now using your recipe. I used Golden Promise for the malted barley. That was a TON of grains and it was super thick mash, but I got a really good conversion out of it... Then I used the spent grains to start up a gumball head ferment.

I think I figured out why you weren't able to get the honey flavor in the recipe I said. You distilled in reflux mode instead of pot still. Maybe that was the difference?? Still (lol) love your videos and will keep watching. Cheers!

Hi been'db I am no expert I have made egg nog with the same amount of alcohol and keep for 3-4 months and it has raw egg yokes in it but stuff don't last that long in my house
