depends on the day/level of focus. most times, I wear headphones without playing anything. other times, i play my liked songs on Spotify, and when I really cannot focus, I watch study vlogs or other vids. Basically, the more focused I am, the more I enjoy studying in silence. Sorry for not being more helpful 😅
