I agree with everything you said: Control systems doing what it wants, not what the player inputs.. happens to me all the time.. I literally have to play with the trainer on for passing and have it set to manual for ground and through in order pass decently.. same with precision shooting (which I used in 24 as well). SBC’s are horrible.. literally one of my favorite things to do, literally spent like 30-50 hours a week doing them… maybe 5-10 now.. no efficient way of grinding Rush… despite being a mess at times, is the only game mode I get any sort of enjoyment out of… and I only play like 10 matches a week, if that.. Squad Battles are a hot mess.. inconsistent gameplay, OP defending, in World Class or above (where I would normally play) is near impossible as the game loves to cheat and make my players do whatever it wants.. and will swarm my players with three to four defenders… which us as players can’t even do Pack weight is horrid, the highest tradeable I’ve packed was Salah… highest untradeable were Jude and Bonmati golds… out of the all the promos we’ve have.. I’ve only packed three total, and all bottom tier of course With FC24, I easily put 3000+ hours on that game from December (when I actually bought it) to FC25 release… so roughly 330+ hours each month… FC25… I have even broken 200 yet, and I preordered the Ultimate Edition and started playing a week early..

A soulless game. Online is all about abusing mechanics, power shot plus, l1 speed boost etc. Defenders are so OP and fast attackers don’t have the pace to pull away from slow defenders. Left stick dribbling is awful and there are more rebound/double tackle goals than ever. Constant mistakes in the menu. Where on earth is there error/controls function? Proper companies have whole teams to ensure quality control/deal with any issues as they happen. Special cards are being forced through as a sticking plaster despite the majority of them being unattainable to the average player base. They just don’t care about the player base. If anyone from EA is reading this you should be utterly embarrassed. I’ve played FIFA since 03 and it’s officially over for me; a sad day.

Agree with you on mostly everything here. Not many people are talking about how shocking the packs are this year. I barely ever get walk outs, I got some good ones at the start of the year Van dijk, Rudiger. But the past few weeks I've barely gotten anything. The weekend league is so much harder now than it's ever been but the rewards are just tragic.

I just got to elite div again. And can’t be bothered to play. There is no skill gap. The gameplay is the worst it has been in decades. The game truly feels dead at this early stage of the games cycle.

Playing regularly since FUT 15 and played fifa and soccer games since 98 but this is the most annoying and unenjoyable game EVER. literally every game something frustrating happens. Very close to quitting it for this season, got vini and like 2mil coins so will get some cool team with Raul and Delpi but that could be it.

Last year was bad but this year you literally can’t dribble, turn etc. you can’t do anything at all it’s the slowest FIFA I’ve ever played, pack weight is shit. I’m die hard fan and this year I skipped champs this week and spent 380k on a store pack bc I just can’t be bothered anymore

Everbody complains about defensive AI. I actually think defensive AI is not the problem. Its how shit the attacking AI is compared to it. Yes i can trigger a run with LB. But its not like the player moves forward intelligently l. They just sprint in a straight line straight to the byline if you dont stop them

I think the cb’s are way to strong for gold players. Example, Saliba, VVD, There’s no need to upgrade them all year.

Exactly what I have been saying when I saw the new changes to the rewards. Apart from the garbage gameplay, I do boost accounts for living. And I hit rank 1 on over 20 times on different accounts and different platforms since the beginning of the year, and i always ask my customers to tell me about their rewards, and It is genuinely impressive how garbage the pack weight is, it just doesn't matter that the rewards are upgraded cuz the pack weight is still down there to the point where you sometimes don't even get a walkout out of the 84*10, they are doing THEIR BEST to make people despise the game, it is genuinely very embarrassing at this point

yeah its all luck this year. i stopped playing champs after 2-3 weeks of hard grind and packing nothing. and then i did mm sbc (which im sure everyone does), and packed a million coin tradeable promo card. so i realised that there is not point grinding the game hard for rewards, you might as well just get lucky doing random sbcs anyway

The biggest problem in my opinion that has been going on for years is how cheap the best back four is compared to the best attack especially in a game that is hard to attack in for example Theo Hernandez is so broken and he’s only 400k compared to a vini who’s 1.4m. Vvd theo saliba dalot under 1m Mbappe vini hansen 4m I think they should just remove all play styles bar a few and just give every card that has 80 dribbling all white then cards with 90 all gold same for passing and shooting. It would just make everyone fell more responsive. Defenders should have no play styles

I still play on PS but only for evos…i havent played champs in about 4weeks even though i got mbappe n hansen in the loan promo this week. All my friends on PC literally stopped playing and deleted the game started playing BO6 and they have the better version being on PC. Sucks bc i really want to like this game but its so bad…even in squad battles my passes don’t go where they’re aimed.

This has been my best fifa just got you got bad luck doesn’t mean everyone else has. I packed Maldini from a preview pack. Sold him for 3 mil, now I’ve got garrincha, Socrates and rivaldo the game has never been more fun for me I’m playing for fun not just getting bored easily.
