I've been playing with your settings and loving it but still not confident starting career mode. Might wait until the new putting camara angles for the true sim players.

Ha, I know, I'm definitely not confident. I can shoot maybe +3/4 without so much wind, but once I crank it to past 10mph it's become real difficult. Mainly my long game is struggling. Had to change a couple of things like swing tempo and go from fade to draw.

@@Matt10L it’s ok, it’s not become my favourite golf game overnight. I don’t like the putting the address position is all wrong as in Ayoki putting style with the toe in the air. Green grids don’t work correctly even though the putting line does. I’ve just been doing the challenges and weekly tournaments and single player rounds. I’ve hardly improved my golfers stats. A couple of patches down the road and it might become a decent game. I could play without the swing arc or putting meter but without a good camera to look round the green putting is just a guessing game.

I’m glad to know they’re working on changing things, cuz I’m currently pretty disappointed in the mechanics of the game. At the moment, 2K is still the better golf game but I hope that changes.

Which mechanics are you not happy with? I think the putting, as I mentioned in the video, is a bit too laggy for a true putting stroke. And, from a sim perspective, the contact out of the rough is too good to be feared.

Ive got my pc connected to my tv and would like advice on graphic settings as its not great and i got a 3070 graphic card. Thanks if you can help

I honestly don't know too much about how this game is on the PC. I'm usually a PC only user, but since having a PS5, I tend to go that route. I'm on a 2700super that may not even be able to handle this game that well. Look up on youtube for some suggestions.

Everytime EA patch a game they make it worse. I fear for this game but I can't stop playing it rn
