I recently bought eachine mustang p-51d. Great plane, flew awesome with the stabilisation and all that. Switched to advanced mode and after few landings (not crashes, but smooth landings) the motor stayed on when powered (no throttle response). But it is great plane (looks similar to yours) and flies awesome as a trainer for any age.

The Eachine P-40 is a semi-well designed plane. The mustang p-51d is most likely off the same mold. They manufacture these in huge quantities. The planes are identical but the manufacturing source is most likely different. Further down the line they receive a different branding/packaging, Eachine, WLTECH, FNRC, Volantex, etc. As they continue to manufacture, their sources will change and this often results in slight changes, sometime better sometime worse. Your experience was great, I am happy for you, but with any purchase, product experiences can differ immensely. Happy Flying!!!

I picked this one up, it's fun to fly! It does stall when you cut the throttle back but it is still fun to fly, as you look under the plane towards the nose you can pull a piece of the foam out, the motor will be seen, put a few pennies in there and then put the foam back on, it helps a tad bit!

These are pretty cool. They are relatively inexpensive (arguable) and fun to fly. They come in a complete kit (radio included). They are durable and great for beginners. The prop pops off in a crash. It is lite, so it is best flown on calm days. Great review on a inexpensive RC plane. It's great for somebody wanting to get into the RC hobby. I think it is best of it is hand launched as the wheels require a smooth surface to achieve takeoff speed. Thanks again for taking the time to review and share your thoughts on this RC plane.

hey just wanted to say love your videos help me a lot. so… kind of a dumb question but the tcmmrc ur26 murmey that you reviewed a month ago, what kind is it, analog, digital and 2.4ghz or 5.8 ghz. startet recently with the fpv hobby, love it.
@jebrc2 жыл бұрын
that is a 5.8g as with most analog quads on the market they all pretty much run 5.8g. 2.4 g is mainly used as the control link for all but all stuff except 900mhz like crossfire and express lrs frsky r9 ect...

These planes are an excellent way to start in RC flying. As a complete novice, I bought the eachine Spitfire and it is absolutely amazing. The two stabilised modes make controlling it a piece of cake. The expert mode, well I'm still trying. I've crashed it, been hit by it, lost it, found it! They are well worth the money, just buy some spare props. 😀

Heyyy, that looks like a really fun little flyer, never actually tried a plane I've only flown quads, would you recommend this one for a plane begginer? I've thought about trying planes but since I only fly quads flying a plane and line of sight, I think it would be a fun challenge for me! Great video as always, and keep up the great work!! 💪

Albert are there any differences in the flight characteristics between these Warbird micro scale electrics? Also thanks for multi protocol tutorial for these little guys
@AlbertKimTV2 жыл бұрын
From my experience, there are very small differences in how they all fly. However, I don't think most people would have the flight time to know or realize anything different. I do point out these in the videos if you go back and watch them the playlist link is in the description.

The Eachine P-40 is a semi-well designed plane. They are mass produced. You will find these planes sold under different brands/names. How do you tell the cg is tail heavy?
@AlbertKimTV2 жыл бұрын
By the way it flies.
@pandrews012 жыл бұрын
Here is the super simple explanation. Every model planes CG is different. If you balance the plane on two fingers close to the fuselage just past leading edge of the wing with battery inserted (A model planes CG location/area is described in it's manual.) it should balance. If it doesn't, coins, small lead weights can be added or battery can be shifted forward/backwards to achieve balance. Some planes need to flipped upside down to determine their center of gravity. Every model planes CG is different.

Hi mate I have one of these and the p-51 my p-40 has the same issues but the p-51 flys really well and it can fly slow to without stalling but my p40 seems to stall and spin easy
@AlbertKimTV Жыл бұрын
Probably differences in frame design. Also, the CG might be incorrect.
@RichardTapp12 жыл бұрын
I've flown one of these too. Calmer conditions but tip-stall prone in a way that the P51 and T28 are not. You mentioned holding the model in a nose down attitude before powering on. I have seen videos where that is important with XK models, but I've never found it to be the case with an Eachine model. I power then up "upside down"! Also I didn't notice you mention what gyro setting you were using.
@RichardTapp12 жыл бұрын
Regarding wind, I have flown the T28 in 15mph winds and it flew great. The wings quivered but the overall model was rock steady.
@AlbertKimTV2 жыл бұрын
This one needs a bigger battery to fix the CG and that should fix the tip stalling issue.
