Max out you defending stats and then apply the defending facilities you can get 99 defensive awareness, 99 slide tackles ect…

It's very very easy to rank up! Like everybody on the ultimate that plays clubs often is or near to level 100. Rush gives you up to 2000xp for 10 ratings and club gives you up to I think it's 2.5-3k of XP for 10 ratings! It's way too easy (In about 150-200 games you will be max level unless they drop the amount of XP)
