I bought one from VacLife and I love it. $25, about the size and shape of a football, the hose is longer and wraps up inside a compartment when not being used, it has a built in flashlight for when using it at night, and mine plugs into my outlet adapter in my car with a very long cord so I can reach all for tires easily and battery life isn't an issue. I could easily stand it against the wheel if I had a completely flat tire and leave it there, but I've only used it for when my tires get low when there's a major temp change. I think these things are essential to keep in your vehicle for emergencies.
