Fun fact: you can actually use eager edge to reach the second secret chest in last wish from the ogre encounter The death barrier isnt far enough and will always take the same emount of time to start the turn back no matter how far you are, so you can get past it with the sword and just spam light attacks without jumping to reach the end of the second encounter

@@Precipiceofwind Nope, not sure if you could have with wordline skate with shatterdive, but (at the very least) during worthy and arrivals it was jot possible. Orpheus Rigs were nerfed to the point that you could not fly far enough with bottom tether to make it even with swords. On hunter it was impossible to make it back from morgeth. I remember in Hunt people did some weird combo with lament that quickely got patched, and im not sure if worldline gave you enough distance.

In case you guys didn’t know… Eager Edge is a reference to Sword flying from Halo 2. It was a speedrunning strat that involved the Energy Sword and a long range weapon like the sniper or beam rifle. The energy sword can lunge forward to an enemy when it’s reticle is red. You’d aim with your sniper, and then swap to your sword and you’d fly forward because the reticle is still locked onto the enemy that’s far away. Eager Edge is reminiscent of that; swap to the sword and fly forward.

This with dunes on bottom tree void titan with the new shoulder bash is a ton of fun. The shoulderbash lunge range is 6.8 meters now with a 1.2 second engage time. Basically it will be useable off a jump just before you hit the ground. It's fluid AF

This ain't broken. Atleast from my perspective. It's a pretty good speedrun tool in PvE. And it's your own fault if you let your enemy get the heavy in a 3v3 PvP mode. Let's just leave gambit out of this. It's kinda useless in gambit unless you play in a full team where you are the Invader all the time. Sometimes the matches can get pretty close because people tend to use the most efficient way to melt the boss where the sword is not of good use. Yes I know my English is bad. My heart is broken opening my KZbin because all I have watched for months since my mawmaw passed away was sweatcicle and destiny 2 videos because I had been grinding my hunter non stop and was finally up to 1340. All of my best exotics , godrolls, mastersworked items .. all on that character and they other day I went to delete and restart my titan and my connection issues made my cursor drift and just like that in a milisecond I lost everything.. I haven’t opened the game since, I’m a single father of three kids and to lose months of grinding and not be able to ever get that character or items back is devastating. Best of luck grinding everyone and be careful when trying to delete a character..
