The first home is in, Riverstone and the second home is in, Bald Eagle Point. The HOA dues vary between $150 - $250 a month.

If you love the house but not the location, its out there (as stated in the video). Acreage lots are few and far between but they are building some. Developments are under way too that will have acreage lots. Reach out if you want to get on the list.
