Wow you would rather have a hang bar over the sink so you can't use the sink while clothes are hung there. When the hang bar is over the washer and dryer it's utilizing dead space, much better location.

This Home is very nice, but the cupboards are so high I could never reach them. 5-foot people need lower ceilings and lower cupboards, it seems Builders do not think of shorter people when they build homes.

California is over rated now its not what it use to be. Only thing nice in California now is the weather and our skies are not as Blue like Idaho. I will be relocating to Idaho when i retire.

Lived in AZ the last 4 years- uhhmazing life. Had to come back to Cali for unfortunate family issue- what a Wasteland! No ones happy- no one even knows theyre being overcharged for Gas & Groceries 😑 Its just unhappy people. Im thinkin Boise after this is over. Tons of Patriots and nice homes there.

Ahhhhhhmazing oversized windows 🤩, some beautiful finishes 👌, but the shiplap above the fireplace 😧 The stone should of carried through to the ceiling, it shortens the height instead of showcasing it. Beautiful entry, but simple chandelier, bummer. 🫤 Great idea regarding the garages. Also, hopefully there's a rendition already done for a pool option. A pool would really elevate the yard. 👏 Overall, it's a very nice property, with a lot of good ideas that can be developed & expanded on. 🙌💯

You would definitely want to discuss a pool options before the build started. You would need the right lot and this configuration would probably not work unless you wanted to give up your backyard. Adding a pool after completion or after they have started is going to be a really tough project and very expensive. We don't really see pools in new builds anymore unless its something special or a custom build.

These homes are too close together, the lots are small and the fencing guarantees NO PRIVACY in the back yards of each home. The only memorable feature was the RV garage in the first home.

Prices in Idaho are insane. In 2005 a starter home cost about $109,000. I have a friend who bought one. The last few years have been insane. I have another friend that purchased an old home in Boise for $329,000 which seemed insane even at the time in 2022. It hasn't been updated since the 1970's except for a couple appliances they replaced. It still has the built in over from the 70's. It appraised at over $700,000 this year as they had been considering selling it. Problem is to replace it you can't get into anything similar for any cheaper. Quality of homes for the most part has been going down for years. From quality of paint to the subs used. My dad owned his own Home Building company in Boise for a while. He is getting ready to retire and still works as a Superintendent in construction. There are very few builders he recommends and most of the good ones are priced very high.

If you go with Toll Brothers, expect to add over 150k to the price to get it to look like these models.

On average, to totally deck out a Toll Bros home with every upgrade, you’re looking at adding 10 to 15 percent to the base price. But, the thing about Toll Bros is you don’t need to add much at all because the base is already great. Also, their move in ready homes are priced great and have a wide variety of ungraded to them as well!

Definitely not. I’m very picky about which homes and builders we recommend. There are builders out here that sell homes over 1.5 that are HORRIBLE. We have clients call and ask about them all the time and we are honest despite the high commission opportunity.

The refrigerator has cameras so when you’re at the grocery store, you can look on the app and see if there’s anything you need in the refrigerator. They have been out for years .
