Glad y'all enjoyed the pours. Messing with fresh fruit is so hard but i love the challenge. I wasted about a case of BT getting that to a good place because i wanted to proof up some bt and do different finishes that nobody else outside of a distillery is doing. The fresh apples made it so acidic that it tore you up thats when i went to the dehydrated, which gave me enough apple but didnt overpower it. Cheers gents. One time im coming up for a live squeeze my big ass in the middle lol 🍻
