I'll hope some of you will join us picking the apples, pressing the apples and drinking the juice. I've already started picking and I'm going to be going out this weekend as much as I can.

I produce videos on a bunch of topics from bees to prospecting and a stack of stuff in between but many of them show off the use of traditional vintage tools. If you see a tool that you would like for your own I probably won't sell you mine but I may have another in stock or I can get one from France, Germany, Japan or wherever. I make little bit of money from selling tools but mostly I just like to share them and share how to use them.

I've eaten a few but I've found them very variable. Some are awesome others not so much. If anyone is interested in making cider they would make a great additive to provide extra tannin.

The date of the pressing is now confirmed. 20th and 21st of March. Not sure of a kick off time but anyone who arrives before we start can help us to drink coffee and get ready to go. So far we have about one box trailer of apples. Hoping to increase that substantially before the pressing.
