Great event Eagle. Getting good at moment of now is a spiritual practice. Nobody is good at it without specific cross training to perfect it. Playing at or near you best is not about winning. Winning depends on who shows up. Showing up with universal alignment of your game is what you can control.

I actually learned that myself from disc golf and esports (rocket league). It's helped me keep a healthy relationship with my goals and building skills. maby get a professional sports psychologist as a caddie for a while, i like your spiritual approach, but there just may be to much input to sort thru while playing... so a good strict sports psychologist with a less is more attitude is the way to go... there is a saying in ball golf that you at max consider 3 swing throughs or game plan corrections at the same time (also within a full golf swing both disc and ball, your brain can't process fast enough to get the timing right with mor than 3 thoughts (that's for a absolut pro, most people have a max at two thoughts) but can you reduce it to just one focus point that's the best, but for that you need someone to talk the two other thoughts completely out of your head, thinking that you can just ignore them won't work, the will still be computing in your brain no mater what you try to do to "out snart" your brain... and an new person like a sports coach or psychologist would be the professional that can channel your focus to the one thing that matters.... and still ask the hard questions, and say "so we agree, that's the one thought we will focus on now.... but honestly what els is on your minde right now, and how do we fully park that thought for later"
