Although he has only played 65 snaps, Tyler Steen is ranked FIRST out of 101 NFL guards in pass blocking. Becton is 78th. Is it worth having all that extra size blocking Jalen's view for less production?

The one thing I don’t get is in basically a few minutes you guys acknowledge that Jalen hurts jsut flat out doesn’t throw to you unless he deems it that your good enough to be thrown to, then say the backup TEs need to be better lol. Like the problem is hurts does not spread the ball, you can be Jerry rice, if your qb doesn’t throw you the ball it doesn’t matter how good you are? Like I don’t understand why the idea hurts only throws to 2 guys is understood, but then not the cause when backup guys or the 3rd WR are non existent. It’s not them it’s Hurts.

With todays technology there has to be ways to make it so viewers can hear or just know what question is being asked. Even if for some reason getting microphones in position is harder than landing on the moon or cracking the atom, how about some one just types it on the bottom of the screen. What do you call that thing, a "ticker"? I and virtually every single person I know has complained about this since I can remember with all our sports teams. Last press conference with Nick that blew up has my dad texting me and asking me if I can figure out what is being asked. Its a big deal.

Soooooo after watching Kurt Warner's tape study of the Eagles it appeared impotently elementary. Stagnant, easy to gameplan and certainly not Kellen Moores' offensive scheme. I fell hook, line and sinker for Jalen coming to the Birds and watching his lack of evolution is stunning!! Shame. It is what it is I guess. Even with all that its still GO BIRDS!!!🦅🦅🦅🦅
@JustSomeGuy00918 сағат бұрын
My opinion of Jalen before, during, and after the SB has not changed. He has a very particular skill set dating back to college and I don't see any real progress in the other areas of his game. He runs and relies heavily on go balls down the sidelines to elite WRs who can take advantage of their height and strength (ie. AJ Brown). Everyone blames the stagnant and uncreative offense on every OC or head coach, but when the QB is limited then it's going to be hard to implement the offense that the media and fans keep talking about. Dave for instance has called for more motion and creativity for a long time now because he wants to see an offense more like the 49ers. Jalen isn't Purdy, he can't run that offense well. Defenses are now staffed and schemed to take away what Jalen has done well. Lots of 2 high shell and blitz packages. It's why they have so much trouble with Tampa. The only hope I had for Jalen was that he'd expand his skill set, but at this point it just seems this is who he is. I don't think it's a lack of effort and dedication. Everyone has things they just can't do regardless of how much they try.

So your saying he can throw a deep ball which is harder than throwing a slant or swing pass? Or are u saying anticipation sucks so therefore his intermediate game isn't that good? @@JustSomeGuy009

Ironic the possibility that Hurts is the one with trust issues with his receivers. He's the one giving the ball to the defense when he throws, and putting the ball on the ground when he runs with it.👎🏾 Get a QB in here that can navigate *within the pocket* and create throwing lanes on his own, or if not somebody not so short that can see over his own linemen🙄
