Something that the Eagles were revolutionary in is managing the salary cap. Roseman learned from Joe Banner how to work the cap and then took it a few steps further. While Jerry Jones keeps trying, and failing, to rebuild his 1990s Cowboys dynasty, Banner and Howie have kept the Eagles relevant for over 20 years.

Last year everyone said the Eagles won the draft, looking back only Jalen Carter was good. The rest was garbage. Bret Veach pick at 32 every year and all he does he comes out with studs. Two years ago All 7 of his picks became starters on a Superbowl team. Howie can only dream to pick players like Veach does. Eagles get to pick players in top 10, Chiefs pick players at 32 and we still get studs. When you talk about best GM how many of those players are starting? How many are making Pro bowls? I'll take Veach all day.
