The main issue was defense. They couldn't tackle. Front 7 was in position to make the play many times but missed the tackle. Then bumberry on the backend was toooo slow. So put those together is a recipe for disaster. Those issues r on the defensive coach. Which we had two bad ones

I gotta go back to when Jalen Hurts actually covered all the deficiencies that the coaches didn't have enough plays, or personnel on the field. Why would a quarterback know all the plays, when you have changed offenses every single year that Jalen Hurts been a quarterback. It takes no brain to know who runs the whole team and that's the coach. Just like Doug Peterson, he was ok when he let Nick have play options. Which is why he played better under the coach. The same thing needs to happen for Jalen Hurts and all quarterbacks.

When he was drafted, Nolan Smith reminded me a lot more of Mike Mamula than Hasson Reddick. Hope I'm wrong, but I hate the "combine warrior" edge rushers Howie seems to fall in love with every year. All I am going to say say is that Jalen has to be very careful this year because he did not read the field last Year too well. He sucked at going through his progressions at receiver. He threw a lot of interceptions when there were open receivers on the field and he also just plainly left a lot of open receivers. I understand that he is very talented but so is Carson Wentz and then he has to be careful with his arrogance because Donovan McNabb was one of our greatest quarterbacks ever and he gets no respect from Philadelphia, if you do not produce in Philadelphia, we will shun you. All we care about Philadelphia as results so he hast to make sure that he goes out and produces this year goes to his progressions at receiver and does not throw too many interceptions.. with that being said, I do believe that hurts will have a better season this year because he has a great team surrounding him, but if he doesn’t with this team surrounding him, he’s going to look really bad and that arrogance will go out the window. You forget a few things. 1st look at Hurts ratings. 2020 - 77.6 2021 - 87.2 2022 - 101.6 2023 - 89.1 So he had 1 good year and the rest is bellow average.
