Our franchise is known for BLITZING; There's no need for that to change now🧐🙅It doesn't have to be done at a 60-80% rate, but mix it up the way you did in Brazil(that was BRILLIANTLY DONE!!👌👌) We are well aware of the risks that come with bringing blitzes (like the TD play in the 3rd quarter) it comes with the territory🤷🤷 However, blitzing just has a way of igniting extra sparks within our defense more and gives them extra zeal to be more aggressive/focused down the stretch!! I am mostly talking about the linebackers, but from time to time you can mix one or two of the DBs in it too👍I still believe in this team as well as this defense, cuz despite the collapse we had in the final minute, I can definitely see more attitude in our play compared to last year💯💯 Let's make sure we're more focused/ready to unleash in the Superdome Sunday😤😤I know we can do it- NOW LET'S MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!!😡👊👊 LET'S GO BIRDS!!💪💪🦅🦅

But you need the personnel to run his type of defense effectively. They dont have a Khalil Mack or Eddie Jackson in the secondary like they did in Chicago. This is Howie's doing, the guy y'all think is so great. Huff so far is a bust, Davis is a big fat bust, and so is Dean, and im really starting to think Carter might be a bust too. The guy is horrible at talent evaluation, and it shows. And they beating they gonna take this Sunday in New Orleans is gonna be embarrassing.

Do you know how many teams would pray for the type of talent and success this team has had these last couple of years? Fangio scheme will not work in today’s NFL. Every one of the last 10 Super Bowl winners all had an attacking defense that utilized bump and run man up single high safety. We give we too many free releases then we are asking are dline to read react instead of pinning their ears back.

We used a form of his scheme in 22 to great affect. The difference was that they were alright at stopping the run and had amazing pressure on passing downs. Both things they are not doing now, which is why it does not look good. We miss Fletcher really bad even though some uneducated Eagles fans hated him for some reason.

We just don’t have the proper pieces to run his defense. I personally am 50/50 with the 3-4. BG played 4-3 his entire career in Philly except when we had chip. Chip played the 3-4. Or D line was not good then. We need the proper pieces to run this defense and we lack that. The first 2 games showed that IMO. I wish we had a top tier pass rusher. And someone who only has to pass rush. Why is Sweat dropping in coverage….

This front alignment of the D-Line is TRASH. The league caught up on it years ago already and every team running has little to no answers for it. Spagnuolo on the other hand just keeps rolling on and winning defensive matchups. Apparently, Vic wanted to drop Reddick into coverage more than Reddick had in the past and Reddick’s refusal to just accept that along with his salary demands got him shipped out. Fangio’s back end coverage is generally solid, but the front is TRASH.
