I like how he is proud of both cultures. Australian and Samoan. In Australia too many people say I'm from this country or that country but don't show respect to the country they were born in e.g. Australia or moved to that gave them a better life. This is a great example of assimilation. Now i want to learn more about the Samoan culture.

Watching Jordan take down the chocolate coconut cake in one bite while the other dude was struggling to talk with 1/4 bite in his mouth was hilarious!!! I fucking love the guys on this team! Jordan Mailata is such an amazing fit for the Eagles yet he grew up LITERALLY on the other side of the world!!! And the fact that he brought his friend, who was the camera guy that he met on day one, just shows the character this guy has. He is truly a special player, but more importantly, a special person!

Rugby background, lots of the skills and attributes are transferrable. He was a particular case where he had the explosion (more than most players), but not the endurance for rugby league. The NFL suits him perfectly.

I am not an Eagles fan, but am proud of how Jordan represents Australia for the Eagles. He is a great player and a great guy, The only problem was showing Collingwood(they are like the Dallas Cowboys of the AFL).
