“Early” to the game but still haven’t found my calling at 36. Just surviving but never thriving. From the Easter eggs I’ve picked up over the years from the little that the Alux lady gives away is that their originally from Eastern Europe but grew up in either the states or Canada and made the American dream come true. I come from a similar background originally Eastern European but also grew up in the states, however I made the stupid choice of returning to my land of origin and then life fell apart from there. Eventually came to the UK where it’s even worse so now I’m practically an expat American who’s stuck in England through circumstance. The one things I have above all that no one in my environment has is a solid comparison basis between towns cities and countries plus geography is my A-game but still haven’t been able to find a way to make that profit. Used to be an avid seller in my youth eBay, selling sites, face to face the lot but it seems the longer someone goes on without making it, the more you just wanna give up and settle into a mundane life.

I realized that the secret to making a million is saving for a better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Maserati or that vacation just yet. That mindset helped me make more money investing. For example last year I invested 80k in stocks and made about $246k, but guess what? I put it all back and traded again and now I am rounding up close to a million.

Thanks for the video. I finally established a way to increase my net income per month. My 2024 goal is to pay off the house by Sept 2024 (8 years total into a 30 year @ 4%). I have no debt other than mortgage. My 401k, HSA, IRA and emergency funds get maxed out. The mortgage is my last piece of debt left. I don't have any school loan or CC debt. "EARLY" At the age of eight I learned to make wall plaques from plaster paris in school and from there my entrepreneurial spirit was born. I would save my allowance to buy moulds, plaster paris, paint and all the other things needed to make plaques, especially for Christmas and Easter and would walk the neighbourhood selling my craft. I made kite's and sold, collected bottles to sell (I was shocked at the funds this generated). Sadly my entrepreneurial spirit was not encouraged, it was all about getting an education to get a good job. Never understood why the people around me didn't talk about getting an education to become a boss. But I persevered and had many failures then got the education need to start a construction company and also trading and investing. Haven't made the millions as yet but I'm on my way.

When I was a kid I wanted to be a lawyer or judge because I loved to debate everything and everyone with my opinions. I am also funny most people say. Well didn't go to law school but I do make good money going over people's credit and I decide if they can get a loan or not. The career is called underwriting and yes we use some AI but 20% of the time a human with negotiating and analytical skills is needed. Debating a salesman and winning is a flex. Lying and charm can only get you so far. I can find the win/win in every scenario.
