Remember, there is no such thing as a free lunch. If professional financial advisors work for you, their efforts will pay off. Some of your possibilities are easier to see right away than others. However, in any case, always feel free to ask your investment professional how and how much is paid out. I enjoyed the majority of this content. However, I took a bit of offense from the remark “If you’re so smart, why are you so miserable?” Paired with the tone of voice used, it came across as mocking (instead of curious). I wouldn’t be here if I weren’t invested in bettering my life on the whole-not to mention wanting to evolve as a human. Self-improvement has always been a priority for me. I am one of the “higher intelligence” individuals you speak of. I was tested as a young child and my IQ is closer to that of the genius level than the average human (approximately 95). Life has been ANYTHING but easy for me. Yet I have persisted and I refuse to accept failure. Muhammed Ali once said that “Impossible is not a declaration. It’s a challenge.” I try to live with this as my motto. Many of the people watching your channel may not realize that people with extremely high IQ also usually suffer from some sort of mental illness, or even a combination of several. My sister has a higher IQ than I do; she battles bipolar disorder & schizophrenia, in addition to having been in multiple physically & emotionally abusive long term relationships. I myself have Borderline Personality Disorder-something that is a newer diagnosis--and as far as medical experts know about it, there is no medicinal treatment option. It can only be treated with behavioral and cognitive therapeutic measures. I also have adult Attention Deficit Disorder (but then again, who doesn’t these days? 😂) My main point is that I felt a little attacked by what I heard in the video. And I definitely felt misunderstood. Having a high IQ is more a burden than a blessing. Your information was correct-most of us are all struggling to find a balance and a steady state of happiness/contentment. But the conjecture used to question this fact was not necessary to drive the idea home. And although life has hit me with endless curve balls, I continue to get up and try again. I might have a higher IQ, and I might not be anywhere close to where I’d like my life to be, but I am nonetheless a winner because I keep going. Maybe try segregating people into categories of “fixed mindset” vs “growth mindset”. I think that would allow us to figure out for ourselves which description fits us. The statement made was of a fixed mindset, to be honest lol. “Smart people” can win, too. It might be a steeper hill to climb for us, but let me tell you: when we finally get to the top, the air also smells sweeter to us than anyone else. 👸🏻

I’m disappointed in your comment about teachers who don’t get far in life by teaching at 16:05. I had always loved to teach, but I knew that working for the public school system wouldn’t satisfy my worth, so I build my own learning center and direct and educate. I went from a stay-at-home-mom with a tutoring hobby to a very successful entrepreneur who’s scaling during a pandemic, actually while teaching your skills and sharing your videos to my students. I always have to watch your videos multiple times before deciding to broadcast them due to curse words and uninspiring comments like that. Don’t get me wrong, most teachers and professor won’t get here, but those who can find passion while making above than the norm is a win-win. I love teaching because I want to inspire. True key is to abandon all friends, fammily, and just go after your goal, manipulate people, threaten them, blackmail them, use any exploit possible in your country. You have to sacrifice your morality and learn how to become good actor. In 1990s i made over 30m slovak crowns i took advantage of fall of socialism in my country like many others and exploited the system. You do what needs to be done, it is all about that -insert currency here- I still do not have to work even now due to my exploits and pushing risk to shady lines.I do not regret anything there is no good, no evil, there is only power and thoose who are too weak to attain it. I live off dividends, and i got some bitcoins when they were around 1k, And no im not a milionaire but i make enough income to never work ever.

I learned from union carpenter. He was very controlling, nice guy and fun to be around. He constantly call me up this place is hiring. That's nice. He would tell me I'm going to be wearing a hotdog suit selling hotdogs on a street corner. I fired back ever heard of Oscar Myers? I'm self employed finish carpenter. And work 9n the side some music, band manager, audio engineer , backline tech, production. I love both torn between both, be happy with either. Music is nights or weekends, carpentry is daytime. I trying to work 7am thru 5pm as carpenter, 6 to 11 pm in music.

I feel like risk tolerence is mis-understood, to a large degree. Yea, some people are more than others, but the big difference toward risk is that they have wealth to begin with. Poor people cannot have any attitude toward risk but aversion, because they are not in a position to. If I'm comfortable, I can put £100 on Tesla and not care if I lose it, but if that £100 is all the money I have for a month to live on, then I cannot put myself in a situation to take advantage of risk and reward in the long run. It's why poor people rent white goods, not because they are stupid or irrational, they know it costs more in the long run, but because if it breaks, you're insured, and as a poor person, your finances cannot take shocks. Same with insurance in general when you think about it.

I would really love an Alux video that gives insight into ways to build systems and structure ... I have focus & discipline, have projects and content.. however, I recognized at the beginning of the year - just how much I don’t have a system down pact to run my “program” and be able to scale up. Systems make everything go. That includes team building and the necessary persons to link with to make things happen.

I would like to build all of these, but the ides of BUILDING AND GENERATING DEALS interests me, particularly the refining and implication of them. I tend to think too much and never get to execution. Perhaps the best advice I recently ran across for perfectionist like me is "Perfect is the enemy of the complete." (of course there needs to be balance though.)
