I'm Nigerian. Ghana's our sister-country & our national cultures are very similar. Like U. S. & Canada, We're very similar... Ghanaians are like the more quiet Nigerians while Nigerians are like the more loud Ghanaians.

I love the fact that my country is being featured except for the fact that no pictures and videos of our beautiful and luxurious cities and highways were shown. We want to let the western world understand that we have tall buildings and tarred roads too, to avoid some of the weird questions the whites ask anytime we go abroad.

Fun fact, Ghana as of 2021 has the fastest internet in Africa and cheapest in west africa so wifi is no longer a problem .

All I will say you are wrong, Ghana does not have the fastest "internet" but it does have the fastest "broadband" internet which is mostly through the fiber optic cable connections and line line. The type of connection you use on your phone is also a different type of connection which is not "broadband"
