as a Nigerian who's been watching the billionaires channel for years, this made me really happy. western media always like to portray African countries as war-torn and plagued with diseases even though I've never seen a person shot my entire life, I don't think many Americans can say that.
@davisholman6518

Trust me, most of America is not that bad either! There are so many news outlets today, that they have cut throat competition. Media will show as much evil/drama in order to get your attention. I have never seen someone shot & the neighborhoods in most of America are good places for the most part.

Are you f’ng kidding me. Keep lying to yourself. I agree that Naija is entrepreneurial, intelligent, and hardworking. But where is the rule of law? You can’t get nothing done without greasing the skids. The government is corrupt Evrybody wants their ten percent. There’s an implicit caste system. I could go on, and on, and on. C’mon man...

The fact that Nigeria is listed here confirms what I have been telling people for years. Some of the smartest most hardworking people I have ever met are from Nigeria. I visited Lagos and one of the surrounding villages in 2011. Since then, I have watched as the country has grown by leaps and bounds. Most people have no idea that Nigeria is full of immense wealth. The beautiful and natural resources in that nation are beyond what the average person could comprehend because the media only paints Nigeria and many other African nations as impoverished and undereducated. People have sent their children to other nations to obtain their degrees. With all of the hate that seems to circulate the globe concerning Africans, those educated wealthy people are returning to their country of origin. The first-world nations of the globe need to understand how much they stand to lose if every Nigerian and Nigerian descendant decided it was time to pack up their things, return to the Motherland, and invest all their wealth and knowledge in Nigeria.

I saw a study that said that Nigerians have a gene that makes us happy it's called A allele/FAAH and this gene is responsible for stopping the degradation of anandamide. Anandamide is a substance that enhances sensory pleasure and reduces pain. So I guess it's in your DNA🤷🏽‍♀️

My brother I think you are really blind , and if you are not you are really shameless to say that out loud, when we all know that as of now Nigeria is not ok. Nigeria is a multi-ethnic mess as of now because with a population of over 201 million, there are a lot of tribes and communities that don't have anything in common so they don't get along with each other ,thus causing wars. Many states in Nigeria today would like to separate and form an independent nation of their own , but obviously the system created by the European countries and the USA to extort mineral resources and oil in a cheap way ,wouldn't allow that so they promote the never ending wars providing them with arms and putting corrupted leaders in power. As I said at the beginning you are clearly blind or unintelligent to say that you are glad to be a Nigerian or for that matter African

You seem to be mistaking Nigerians' religiousness for godliness. Please don't because both are not the same thing. When it comes to Nigerians' religiousness, it's a case of chicken and egg, which comes first. They are either religious because they feel despondent about their Nation's hapless socioeconomic debacle and they need some higher powers to lean on. Or their dependence on some higher powers somewhere to come to their aid while they do nothing to deliberately change their country's situation is the reason why the rot persists.

Wow! As an Aluxer and Nigerian, I want to specially express my gratitude for this amazing promotion of my country. It's soul lifting. At least, our cantankerous Minister of Information will no longer view every publication on line from foreign media a geared towards bringing the administration down. Thanks Alux.

As a Nigerian, it is amazing to see how appreciative and positive the world see us and this is me talking from experience, having lived and interacted with people from different parts of the world. Even before watching this video, I always tell everyone, Nigerians are the happiest, fun and most hardworking people on the face of the earth. Awesome work Alux!

As a proud Nigerian, I thank you for the positive content. Of course, I am sure you are well aware that Nigerians, in general, are very hospitable to foreigners, they have a strong sense of family, faithfully religious, confident, hardworking, value higher education, highly intelligent, competitive, well travelled, enjoy current affairs and finally, right up your alley, they enjoy the finer things in life.... the lux life!
