Eames Shock Mount Replacement for Herman Miller Fiberglass Chairs DSS, DSX

I use 120 grit sanding discs.
I use Penetrol as a sealer

Where can I get a replacement kit? I've been looking for one but they all do not include the adhesive

At what point did you add penetrol? How much did you use and how long did it take to dry?

I do hope you view my comment as constructive criticism. That being said, I watch HowTo videos almost daily on youtube. I am an avid DIY'er so I find these types of videos indispensable. But the main problem I find with HowTo videos is the amount of time taken to explain HowTo do the certain task. But an even bigger problem than the time taken to explain the task at hand is me never knowing whether or not this person made a good quality video that gets straight to the point without talking too much. So using this video as an example, this video runs just over 29 minutes. Let me just say right now, that is a loooong video. I will almost always avoid watching any part of a video unless its run time is less than 10 minutes. Because anybody making a video that takes longer than 10 minutes usually is wasting time talking or who knows what. And when I found this video, the next video to yours explaining the same things (Replacing the rubber shocks on Eames chairs) was just under 4 minutes long. Hmmmm 29 minutes or 4 minutes? And yes, the 4 minute video did a great job and told me exactly what I needed to know. I'm sure your lessons are very informative, but the fact of the matter is, most people like me just do not have the time to invest 29 minutes watching something. I do hope you understand what I am trying to convey here. I gotta go as I have spent too much time writing this just now. Best of luck in the future.

I find a little ironic that you wrote a whole paragraph to convey what could be said in two lines ! If you actually watched his video you will see that his video is packed with details which are usually the difference between a DIY hack and a DIY restoration. Many youtubers value just that.
