I definitely take it as an incoming download. Mine usually happen in bed. Same with when the buzzing comes. It used to scare the crap out of me but now I just innerstand that it is the sound of something coming from another dimension (a visitor perhaps) with an intention and if I relax and let it happen it's over quickly and I always feel wonderfully upgraded afterwards 💗. Of course I do a quick protection around myself first. Thanks Dawn for this video! I was happy to see your beautiful self.

Ringing in my ears from electrical sources, when the earth energy shifts occur and when in stone circles stones will hear a buzzing or a screech at different levels on occasion.

What about frequency pitches like Morse code in my left ear idk how to describe it. It always come in my left ear. My right ear I hear clicks when people are speaking truth or it’s something I need to hear
