This is one of the better stretching vids I’ve seen on KZbin. You waited an appropriate amount of time between stretches, you cleaned your ears, and you didn’t need to force the taper in because your ear was healed properly after the last stretch. Sure, stretching with acrylic is ill-advised, but compared to some of the crazy shit I’ve seen on KZbin, this was a good video.

Hey baby girl!!! I can relate to the fact that stretching your ears is really addicting.. My initial goal size was 0g and now I'm at half inch and still feel like the hole is too small!! 😂😂

When I started, a 4g was my goal size. Then 2g. Then 0g. Then 1/2". Then 5/8". In currently at a 3/4", but want to go to an inch. 😅

Just a thing for those who are going to stretch, don't use tapers after 00g always use bondage tape or if you are patient let your ears dead stretch. I have 28mm ears and never had an issue with the way I'm telling you.

@@Boss_etc853 Very good! When you stretch with tapers at larger sizes there is a risk of damaging your ears. Btw I'm at 30mm now instead of 28mm and I love my ears :D

Do I need to buy every millimeter to dead stretch? If I'm going from 12mm to 14mm do I need 13mm plugs too? Because I really want to dead stretch since it seems to be the safest method, but it's kinda impossible to get plugs in between sizes where I live. :(

@@victoriamolina5476 find a stretch kit. You don't need to go MM by MM until you get to 0. Then wrap a layer of plumbers tape, 1-2xs a week.it stretches fast, and is so subtle that it feels the same even after wrapping and putting back in. No pain, uncomfort, which is a good sign you're not moving too fast

I’m about to stretch to a 5/8” and I use a deadstretch not tapers. It’s basically getting the next size stretch that are single flare glass plugs. It has the same concept as tapers because single flare glass plugs are rounded at the edges.

I have had my ears stretched at 9/16 for about 4 years. I bought these 5/8 tapers that have tunnels that screw in at the end. I can’t get the tapers to go in all the way. I’ve used different kinds of stretching balms. And nothing is working. Im afraid I’m going to rip my ears. What should I do????

Yessss, I went up to 24mm girl but I always end up downsizing back to 16mms just love this particular size for my lobes hahaha x

Oh! And now that I realised you were stretching with tapers, if you look on AliExpress and order a few different sizes of the cheapest silicone plugs on there I think you might like them better than tapers cause they're super flexible you can just pop them in your lobes and all done haha :)

Ugh and now I'm spamming BUT I'd recommend staying at 16's, your lobes look quite thin from what I can see and sometimes if you have attached lobes (not sure if you did or not, I personally didn't) the back of the metal plugs can end up digging into behind your actual ear and start leaving an indent, my boyfriend has permanent like scars from where his used to sit I made him downsize to 12mms hahahah

When you put the tapers in and they just slide right threw your ear like that.. try just putting your jewelry in and skip the taper. So much better!! ✌🤘

Just sized up to 16mm today I typically wait a month each stretch I never struggle to size up I use Jojoba oil and a single flare glass plug it just put it through my lobe and it slides right through and with a slight sting for like 30 seconds I go up 2mm everytime

So I went from 14mm to 16mm Iv had 14mm for a while now but it seemed when I tried to get to 16mm my ears really hurt and I had them in for 3 days took them out and it seemed to rip a little bit inside causing me to just take them out, trying to figure out why this happened. Or if there’s any other way to help make the transition smoother, or my ears just weren’t ready :/

You’ll lobe will never go back to a standard piercing size it’ll probably close up to like 10g I knew someone who was at 1inch and their lobes closed up to 12mm aka 1/2

Hey I've got one ear at 30mm and my other is at 16mm sorry for the late message on an old ass video but amazon do stretching kits all the way to 20mm I think for a dope price. Stretching with acrylic is fine I never have had problems with my bigger ear.. no blow outs no blood no pain

Get some 15mm single flare glass plugs. I stretch 1mm at a time to reduce blow outs. I recommend arcticbuffalo.com glass plugs, they’re cheap and great quality. 😉

@@addams.family.reject adhesive allergy. It's pretty severe so if I wear a bandaid I will end up with blisters. While I know the tape adhesive will be facing the tunnels and not my ear it's just not worth the possible consequences for me. I once used gauze and medical tape on a wound. I ended up with blisters that broke open and the blisters seeped into the wound and it got infected.

I do realize this video is now a year old. 😂 but when you're at these bigger sizes, as long as your ears are ready I'd skip the tapers and just put the jewelry in. I've been at 1/2 inch for about two years now and seriously thought I was done.. but I just had that itch and decided to go up one more time to 9/16 and I definitely didn't need any tapers..Buuuuut.. hahah!! I'm watching your video now because I don't think 9/16 is going to be it and I'm already thinking about 5/8. This makes me want to stretch again! I started when I was 14 (I’m 24 now) and stayed at a 00g because I had to start over 3 times due to it falling out in my sleep and getting infections no matter how clean I kept them :/ my goal size was 1 inch. I might have to do it now 😊

But my right ear, I have always silicone stretched and never had a blow out except for going higher then 5/8 but that was my first ever blow out. I was going to a 3/4 and that was a mistake lol but i took care of it
