Underrated in what way? He didn't have much output back in the day and his voice wasn't outstanding so got smothered by much more bigger artists back then. His biggest tune for me was 'Cool Profile'

​i think his voice has a unique haunting quality and with the right production he could've done some more cool stuff. I also think he might have some good writing chops too@@TheMrE1974

@@reggaeinomano I know what underrated means. The late 70s just had so many ghetto youths trying to aspire that the producers couldn't even cope with the input...and so a lot of artists never mek it. For me, there was much better artists than him back then...and some of them never made it either.
