Had a buddy in the 80s, laid off from the oil fields. Mostly he listened to jazz. He got stoned a lot but small amounts at a time, but on the day his check came he would buy an ounce and a big new pile of this stuff on cassette and just roll all of it up into like 20 joints and smoke it all for the entire day with dub and reggae playing the whole time. It was a twice a month ritual for him.
