I think the card at 5:15 of the video may be St. John's Newfoundland. That would be Signal Hill straight ahead, where Marconi sent the first trans-Atlantic message and the Narrows to the right then further right the South Side Hills. The picture would have been taken from the west end of the harbor. It would be very early with the lack of buildings. I can't find another picture with the exact view but many exist of the harbor through the years.

I've just recently found a pile of similar photos and postcards that belonged to my grandfather when he was stationed in Siberia as a USN crewmember during WWI. Fascinating.
