Early and adaptive strategic planning for successful pharma product launch

This discussion takes a look at areas where early strategic planning and decision-making can have a huge impact when it comes to the success and ease of launch and beyond. We explore what currently impedes early strategic thinking and our thoughts on what could be done to address this. In particular, we put a spotlight on why getting ahead is particularly relevant in the emerging areas of cell and gene therapy where we're working in relatively unchartered waters. Finally, as we all know from recent years, we need to expect the unexpected and plan for every eventuality. We therefore touch on adaptive strategy and the feasibility of implementation in pharma. Our panellists are James Aird, Jess Choi, Steve North and Manca Povsic from AMICULUM. And we answer questions from the audience.
