It's interesting that Don mentions Muhlenberg County - 1:11 - is that where he and Phil grew up? John Prine's poignant "Paradise" mentions Muhlenberg County, too: kzbin.info/www/bejne/enbcZ3irj9Vsf7s Did Don and Phil swim and fish in the Green River when they were kids?
