the reason varga doesn't run the DE ot is because unless you hit it on the divine skill restand the restand effect of the ot is wasted. since you pay the cost of the restand skill on attack you cant do what overlord does and use the skill after drives. blue ot is at least a 9th super crit for a restand deck

That makes sense! I saw some folks run the DE OT and seemed pretty chill on it, but I don’t play dragon empire so whatever works! A 9th crit is pretty lethal too 🤣

The different names trigger units or the different named manga arts dont matter in english in japanese the rule text refers to just names so double names count as 2. In english it says "cards with different names" so its capped on actual cards
