Josh Simmons penalties improved a lot toward the end of the season, i look for him to have his fewest ever in a season this year

Wyatt Milum LT1. No sacks allowed the last two years, under 10 pressures allowed last year. He gets it done in pass protection, but he is the best run blocking tackle. Last Yr. vs BYU and Okla St., he was opening uo massive holes in the run game. Really strong and high effort player

BYU and Oklahoma State Dlines are trash.. you could open up big holes in the line in the run game 😂

Agreed! I want us though to get that TE out of PSU Warren. I think he can help us offensively and up front

I expect Broshmo will have Tackles with 32 inch arms and 8 inch hands on his list. GT OC Weston Franklin will be a day 2 pick.

Saying someone is guard because a tight lined up like a damn tight end is crazy asf. Makes you sound uneducated
@Broshmo7 ай бұрын
You don't have to deal with wider alignments nor get put on an island. You know something tackles regularly deal with. Case and point Jamaree Salyer as pointed out in the video who is currently a guard in the NFL. Who is the uneducated one 🤷♂️

@@Broshmo So I’m assuming every Tacke before the year 2010 is a guard too? It’s a tight ends job to help tackles out and actually they do it a ton in the NFL even in today’s day and age… You aren’t uneducated but that specific made it sound like it. Someone who’s new to football would see that and believe it to be true.

@@Broshmo idk who that player is and honestly I watch you/Bengal to fill me in on College football. Maybe he specifically is a guard type of dude but in the NFL that statement is far from the truth… Actually I’ll say at least at majority of College schools that’s not true.

You're right should have been worded better. Georgia typically loads up the side of their least trusted pass protector (multiple TEs, bunch formations). When you come out in 11 personnel and the TE is functioning as a blocker rather than a receiver then that is usually not a good sign. Of course that can be dependent on what the defense is doing, but what I was trying to say in the video is that Greene is coddled at times.

Salyer is one of the few reasons our OL was somewhat stable. He did great filling for Pipkins (RT) as well as being a starting RG. Most of the time it's easier playing guard than tackle. (Joe Alt got RG reps in camp and allegedly held his own well despite never playing anywhere on the right side of the line)
