Stew chicken sounds good with the exception of the chicken feet. I've never cooked chicken so I don't know if my husband eats it. If he does, I'll cook it using your recipe. I save all your videos 💃🏾

Ria, your meal looks yummy. That’s almost exactly the same way I make my fried rice, live plenty vegetables in it, and the sugar is a Must, in chow mein also. I learn it from a Chinese cooking course I did many years ago from the owner of Soongs Chinese restaurant in San Fernando. No corn, I don’t like it in fried rice at all, your stew chicken and pigeon peas is on point and your potato salad, yum I’m hungry, lol. Enjoy

Another nice video. Just a suggestion- you mentioned some dishes you liked eg baba ganoush. How about doing dishes like that sometimes, but with your Trini twists to the recipes. Just my two cents. Keep up the great work.
