Early Model Honda CB350 & CB450 (K1-K4) Headlight Lens Replacement

The factory-sealed headlight bulbs are weak, and replacements are tough to find for most old Honda motorcycles. Do yourself a favor and upgrade your headlight lens. Our halogen headlight lens fits the factory Honda CL / CB350 and CL / CB450 headlight buckets. The 6.25" lens uses a replaceable H4 bulb at 35 watt / 35 watts for both the high and low beam, however you can upgrade to our LED bulb for an even brighter light with less power draw on the charging system. This all adds up to more light, without overworking the charging system (typical H4 bulbs are higher wattage). When paired with our regulator / rectifier combo, these are the best electrical upgrades you can do for your Honda. This lens fits the factory bullet style headlight bucket with trim ring and includes the bulb, mounting hardware and a new electrical pigtail connector. Additionally the lens features a yellow parking light that can be wired into the factory parking light power terminals.

if any of you wanna do this upgrade, make sure you order bullet connectors to retain the factory wiring. 1 male, 1 female and a double female. just went to install and i don't wanna cut up my original harness

Thanks for posting, we’re changing the 60/55 watt bulb on a customer 450 black Bomber cause the stator can’t keep up. Common mistake.

Hey Brandon this is Joe I am a customer of yours and have purchased from you guys a good handful of times and am very very satisfied every time, I purchased your guys's lens without the headlight bucket because I have the headlight bucket but I don't think I have the actual Chrome ring the light sits in and my cb450 is a 1973 will that fit a 73? I hear you say that it will fit to a K4 or K5 but I'm pretty sure that mine is a k-6...

We're definitely working on it! Haven't found one that fits as we want it to yet. We may possibly have one manufactured but that can take time.

IWill a cb350 bucket match up the a cb360 mount posts . If it does then we could use the 350 buckets and have ether Halogen or LED .

Where does the rubber seal go? I have the 360 and you have one there for the 450 but none of the vids show how it goes on the bucket?

Have you noticed any heat issues with the halogens or LEDs. The headlight buckets are crammed so full of wires I'm worried that it might get too hot.

Can you confirm this will replace an OEM Stanley A9550? That's what my CB175 has currently and it looks to be the same as a CB350 headlight.

My 72 cb350 had a weak charging system. Extra power to a headlight never seemed like a good idea.

We actually can't say for sure, the different buckets can have variations and we currently don't have a cl175 to test the fitment on.
