"Gap an irrelevant number? " Come on. Set the gap for 0.014 in (spec is 0.012 - 0.016 in). The bike may run following this, but it'll run better if you follow the procedure in the manual. The gap affects coil charge. The people who built and designed the bike might know. Oh, and the yellow wire of the left point set is on the wrong side. It may arc to the cover where you have it incorrectly.

Would you please make a triple tree for a CB550. I like the fact that these triple tree have the option to add the mounts for a Brat style handle bar, but could you make a nice looking "plug" for those of us that want to do clip on handle bars and not have those extra holes.

Pull out the grease fitting; it's just a press-in 4.5mm fitting. Carefully enlarge the hole to the same depth with a 3/16" drill bit. Drive in a modern 3/16" zerk grease fitting. You will then be able to grease the mechanism just fine. A zerk drive-in fitting tool helps. Cheap on Amazon or whatever.

Wow. This video finally solved my elecical woes! Been searching for a short in my cm400. Kept popping running light fuse. Previous owner wired up new front turn signals. He wired in single filament bulbs and attached the ground to power. All I need is a different light setup. Thank you!!!!!!!!

New coils, plugs and condenser, right side has intense spark but no fire. Left side has spark and fires and runs fine.

69 CB350, rear wheel hub does not have a notch on the lip, that I can find or see, to punch out the bearing. So.......But the retainer came off as described.
