So many Chase banks in NYC. Like Starbucks, they seem to be on every other corner. Why is that? Who goes into a bank anymore? Why so many of them? Can’t rent it out?

It is interesting you asked those questions. My friend and I were discussing the same topic over the weekend. There is a Chase Bank on almost every block just like a Starbucks.haha I have a feeling that brick and mortar bank business model is not here to stay. Good observation on your end.

@@WalkRideFly if they own the property, and cannot rent it out, they might as well turn the space into a bank branch. Or perhaps they financed the sale of the property and got a sweetheart deal on the rent. It is fun to speculate on the speculation.

I also dont like the shaking/bouncing of videos created when walking fast. I have tried it before, and it compromises the quality of videos as camera gears tend to be sensitive to swift movements.
