hmmmm.....always thought 07L was for landings while 07R was for takeoffs.

Me too. although i experienced a takeoff on an Eva Air a321 on 07L. I also found it strange how some cargo airplanes like Atlas Air 748s and Emirates SkyCargo 777s were landing on 7L rite b4 our takeoff, since the cargo terminal is right next to 7R.

+DLB19901107 they do maintenance check every morning on runway (different runway each morning), when there are less flight so only one runway is active....
