Hello hello Amanda, so lovely to see you today. You get up about 6am, that’s called “ daft oclock where I live in the UK. Because I suffer pain every day, I sometimes don’t get to bed til 6am. Recently though I have been going to bed at 2am and even if it takes me two hours or more to fall asleep I tell myself “at least I’m resting my body” I can only sleep on my right side. The reason I suggested napkins over tissue paper is because they are multi layer and may not rip so easily but even with tissue paper I would suggest a small nail to poke the original hole because the sharp point may cause less ripping

With the glasses. Looking down when reading should work correctly. And adjust glasses up and down just a little on your nose can make a difference. I have 2 different parent and they work great. Just have to adjust on your face and only look down for the reading
