No side walk for the the people especially children and the physically disabled no pedestrian crossing no stop light no speed limit signs who the hell is responsible for this ,roads and highways are building to attract tourists and divert traffic but what about the ordinary citizens who need to go about their business safely by having sidewalks and other public spaces kmft it breaks my heart to see the little boy running to catch the bus and there is no pedestrian crossing and the drivers are driving with such speed it’s as if they are rushing to save private Ryan 😮😮

BS, I'm wondering if you're walking from the Knox community college annex in Manchester instead of Knox college, the high school located in Spalding Clarendon. Knox college is situated on Knox-hill, so to speak.
