Congrats you are pregnant but why does it feel like your period is coming?
You definitely got a positive test but now you are worried because you are feeling cramping.
Cramping in early pregnancy is common. Your womb is adjusting. Early pregnancy feels like PMS due to the cramping in your womb.
How can you tell if this is pregnancy or if your period is coming?
Pregnancy cramping is different to PMS cramping. Firstly pregnancy cramping may be on and off, secondly it doesn't feel heavy like PMS cramping does and thirdly you can feel it more when you are lying down.

Yes you often feel it more when lying down in early pregnancy because it is different to the PMS cramping which is more a downward pull so you feel that when you are standing up quite a lot more.

This has been a great video to watch out of them all as I'm 12dpo and yesterday I started getting this pinching cramping feeling similar to a stitch but wasn't as stitch . And it been on and off and like a tapping hard to explain. I was asleep and woke up and I felt it again . And got up and it stopped. Iv had alot of CM today aswell which is unlike me to have it like this . I'll take a test either tomorrow or day after and hopefully fingers crossed 🤞 x

I ovulated twice this month Around 10- 11th day I ovulated naturally... At 14 th day another ovulation through trigger.... Now I'm at 21 St day of my cycle anddd I feel nothing ...like no symptoms🌚 and the most interesting thing is my birthday will be my missed period day 🤣 either it is positive or negative I won't forget this cycle 💀 Update : I got bfp.. I had period like cramping really thought I was out out for this cycle..

Thought I might have ovulated twice this month too. Still not sure if I’m pregnant yet, but I had a 24 hour bleed with very odd coloring than normal. My uterus also still feels sore even 2 days after the 24 hours. It’s been all kinds of weird this month and my husband and I are hoping it’s a good sign!!

I felt both signs. The womb pulling down thingy and the stretching kind of pull. Infact, at a point, I told myself that it was PMS. I missed my period for a day and i tested and it was positive. No sore boobs or any other symptom except the cramps that started of 7 dpo.

Hi, if you are feeling implantation then that’s a really strong sign. It will take another 3-4 days after feeling implantation to be able to get a positive test.

Doc give me 2 trigger shot and asked me to present sharply on 36 hours after shot. On the day of iui doctor said my left follicle was ruptured (which happened at 38th hr because when I went to hospital my egg not yet ruptured so doctor took scan 1 hr once) But during my 6th to 10th day of iui I feel mild cramp on my right side? Im really confused my left egg was ruptured But cramp on right side?

My cramping is sooooooooo mild compared to my usual cramping. Def goes away when I stand. Also having a cyclical event, cramping usually happens for a little while in the am and then the pm but not typically much throughout the day. Then I have nauseous feeling in my solar plexus area, and every now and then a slight pain in my left pelvic area (sometimes closer to between the pelvic bone and the bottom left rib). I am only 2 days late so we shall see.
