2 THINGS EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW! #1. 70٪ Breast cancer travels to the bone first- so please pay attention to how your loved ones feel! My wife's blood test were always good so the doctors NEVER did a pet scan until 2 years after her bone pain started. #2 MAKE SURE YOUR PHARMACIST KNOWS YOUR CANCER DRUGS! My wife was on a STATIN (Lipitor)for cholesterol. It had a HORRIBLE reaction her chemo pill (Afinitor)! She was vomiting 10 times a day, lost 20lbs and her Dr didn't even know the cause! My wife IS doing better now, off the statin, decreased amount of chemo (was 10mg-now can only tolerate 5mg). On chemo 3 weeks off 1 week. Vomiting only 2-3 times per week instead of 10 times a day. Please take care of yourselves ♡

Here's a spin on symptom! I had a tiny, tiny "discharge" on my right nipple. I thought it was soap build up. I would scratch it off every so often without giving g it a second glance. My hooe is that you professionals begin to describe and detail what you mean when you list "discharge" as a symptom. Also, for a long time, I felt a tiny bit of pain when putting on the seat belt when getting ready to drive. Never gave it a thought. On a whim one day, I decided to be responsible and scheduled a mammogram as it had been many years since having one. Within two days, I was called back to get a diagnostic mamo. Sure enough, it was cancer. A small lump (smaller than a tictack) was found. Had the stage lump removed. I am 5 years post op and fine so far as I can tell. Please be more careful about describing symptoms.

This is very scary to think about for me...I'm 16 and my doctor has already made plans for me to be tested for Breast Cancer at the time I'm 18..my mother died of cancer when I was 6, later on I learned that I'd possibly get it because it's a gene from my mother's side. Currently the best ways to (hopefully) prevent/treat cancer are: - breathing normalisation - correction of risk lifestyle factors - healthy ketogenic diet In 1931, Dr. Otto Warburg won the Nobel Prize for his discovery of the oxygen transferring enzyme of cell respiration. He said the prime cause of cancer is the replacement of the respiration of oxygen in normal body cells by fermentation of sugar. Warburg discovered and demonstrated that cancer cells are normal cells which become anaerobic cancer cells once they lack as little as 35 percent oxygen. The cells then start fermenting blood sugar (glucose) as a source of fuel, much like the cells of primitive organisms do. Too many carbs, sugar and processed vegetable oils jacks up our blood sugar and weakens and suffocates the cell walls, thus promoting the very factors that Otto Warburg discovered cause cancer. Khodabakhshi A, Akbari ME, Mirzaei HR, Mehrad-Majd H, Kalamian M, Davoodi SH. Feasibility, Safety, and Beneficial Effects of MCT-Based Ketogenic Diet for Breast Cancer Treatment: A Randomized Controlled Trial Study. Nutr Cancer. 2020;72(4):627-634. doi: 10.1080/01635581.2019.1650942. Epub 2019 Sep 9. PMID: 31496287. The present study was aimed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and beneficial effects of a ketogenic diet (KD) on body composition and blood parameters and survival in patients with breast cancer. In this randomized, controlled trial, 60 patients with locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer and planned chemotherapy, were randomly assigned to a group receiving KDs (n = 30) or to a control group with standard diet (n = 30) for 3 months. Serum biochemical parameters and body composition were analyzed at baseline, every 3 weeks and end of each arm. Compliance and safety of KD were also checked weekly. Fasting blood sugar (FBS) was significantly decreased in intervention group compared to the baseline (84.5 ± 11.3 vs. 100.4 ± 11.8, P = 0.001). A significant inter-group difference was also observed for FBS level at end of intervention. There was an increasing trend in serum levels of ketone bodies in intervention group (0.007-0.92, P < 0.001). Compared to the control group, BMI, body weight, and fat% were significantly decreased in intervention group in last visit (P < 0.001). No severe adverse side effect was found regarding lipid profile and kidney or liver marker. Overall survival was higher in KD group compared to the control group in neoadjuvant patients (P = 0.04). Our results suggested that chemotherapy combined with KDs can improve the biochemical parameters, body composition, and overall survival with no substantial side effects in patients with breast cancer. Cancer patients, as it has been shown by numerous published studies, breathe more frequently than the norm. Typical breathing frequencies in advanced cancer patients are about 26-30, in some studies more than 40 breaths per minute. (This parameter cannot be measured by the cancer patient herself, due to changes in the breathing pattern, but can be easily defined by others when she is at rest or during non-REM sleep. The official norm is 10-12 breaths per minute at rest.) Medical professionals have failed to understand and explain to the general public and cancer patients that overbreathing (or hyperventilation) reduces one’s body oxygen level due to 3 fundamental laws of respiratory physiology: 1. When we hyperventilate (breathe more than the medical norm), we cannot improve oxygen content in the hemoglobin of the arterial blood (red blood cells are about 98% saturated with oxygen during tiny normal breathing). 2. Overbreathing reduces the CO2 concentration in the arterial blood causing a constriction of arteries and arterioles since CO2 is a powerful vasodilator. Hence, hyperventilation results in reduced perfusion and oxygen supply (confirmed by tens of published medical studies) for the liver, brain, heart, kidneys, stomach, colon, and other vital organs. 3. The reduced CO2 value in the tissues produces a shift in the O2 dissociation curve to the left. This leads to the so-called shallow or suppressed Bohr effect (a reduced O2 release by red blood cells in the capillaries). Best Breast Cancer Trial Ever Known: 6 Times Less Mortality. The clinical trial was conducted by Sergey Paschenko, MD, a pupil of Dr. Konstantin Buteyko (the author of the Buteyko breathing method). The study was published by the Ukrainian National Journal of Oncology (Kiev, 2001, v. 3, No.1, p. 77-78, “Study of application of the shallow breathing method in a combined treatment of breast cancer”). One hundred twenty patients with breast cancer (T1-2N1M0) participated in this study. (These letters and numbers relate to cancer parameters. For T1-2: the tumors are less than 5 cm or 2 inches in size; N1: cancer has spread to 1 to 3 axillary (underarm) lymph nodes, and/or tiny amounts of cancer are found in internal mammary lymph nodes (those near the breastbone) on sentinel lymph node biopsy; M0: no distant metastasis). All patients had a standard anti-cancer therapy that included the surgical removal of tumors. However, in addition to this therapy, the breathing retraining group (67 patients) practiced shallow breathing exercises. Their parameters were compared with the control group (the remaining 53 patients). The three-year mortality rate for the breathing normalization group was 4.5% and for the control group 24.5%. Hence, breathing normalization decreased a 3-year mortality by more than 5 times. All patients who normalized their breathing survived.

I have had what my doctor thought was Campbell Morgan spot on my breast. But the last two weeks I am getting pain in the same area even if I touch it lightly it’s quite sore. I do have Campbell Morgan spots on my arms but they are smaller and not quite the same size as the one on my breast. I am a seventy year old lady I can’t feel any lumps on the breast just this spot and pain in the same area.

My question is if you have breasts of a decent size how are you suppose to feel a lump if it's really deep under the fatty tissue? I have a size D and I've always been more paranoid because of this and that my mother had breast cancer.

I HATE that women sometimes get breast cancer. Believe it or not, my life is quite a bit different from that of most people's. When I was growing up, I became different after I experienced a stroke, but I did have this Jesus-like look about me. It always hurt me inside because I always wanted to cure people, but yet I didn't have those powers. In m6 neighborhood, there were some very ignorant people who believed that I was putting curses on people, but that is the absolute furthest thing from the truth. I love girls/women. I'd be stopping everything bad that happens to you if I could, and, yes I even mean for my ex-wife. There was once some very weird stuff that happened in my life, but I've never cursed a woman. I love you all. My mom was awesome and I miss her every damn day of my life. If things turn around for me, yes I will start donating and trying to help. I'm not a bad person. My personality is that sometimes I joke too much. Not about cancer, but about the silly way people act, and even about myself sometimes. I love you women. I wish that I had the answer but I do not. Anyone can get cancer. I could get it too. I pray for a cure.

That is NOT early signs! Rename this. This is later signs and means a lot of interventions because you caught it late. Early signs means NO signs. Catching it SO EARLY by imagery is the best bet so that you catch it at 2 cm or 1 cm or 3 cm ~ or even LESS, SO that it’s not distorting the breast or even that your feel it in the breast. That way you can treat with the best outcome and possibly no chemo! We need to reach for this type of catching of breast cancer NOT when it’s already palpable or distorting your breast!!
